Artykuł prezentuje zjawisko bezpośredniej partycypacji pracowniczej poprzez analizę wybranych technik zarządczych o charakterze partycypacyjnym. Następnie zaprezentowane są wyniki badań przeprowadzonych na próbie 145 przedsiębiorstw z terenu Wielkopolski, w których badano występowanie omówionych technik. Artykuł kończą wnioski i zalecenia do dalszych badań.
