Międzynarodowe porównawcze zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi na przykładzie praktyk szkoleniowych w Polsce

W artykule zaprezentowano jedne z pierwszych w Polsce badań w nurcie międzynarodowego porównawczego zarządzania zasobami ludzkim. W szczególności celem była identyfikacja zmiennych wpływających na zmienność praktyk szkoleniowych z punktu widzenia porównań międzynarodowych. W rozważaniach autorzy bazowali na dwóch ugruntowanych w literaturze przedmiotu teoriach: kontyngencji i teorii komparatywnej, dla każdej z nich budując model regresji. Celem pośrednim była weryfikacja zasadności dominującego w Polsce uniwersalnego podejścia do zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi.
